200 Club members are to allow up to 15 business days to receive the LoungeKey Pass once issued.

The LoungeKey Pass cannot be exchanged, returned, sold, gifted, transferred, redeemed for cash or replaced if misplaced or stolen. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and must be redeemed before the stated expiry.
